  Spent two hours watching huge boxes of take out leaving the restaurant. Meanwhile we waited 20-30 minutes between dishes arriving. Staff never offered refills on drinks or an explanation for the slow service. They however did spend a lot of time standing at the counter and not making eye contact with the many patrons with empty plates in front of them. When we asked what was up we got a frustrated and annoyed response like WE were being unreasonable. We finally left after getting only 4 of our 6 dishes... still hungry. We have gone to the Capital for years and I would expect that they have the skills to manage BOTH a busy take out business and their paying customers who took the time to eat IN their restaurant. Super disappointed.

  Really great Chinese food - my wife and I had lunch on January 3rd and shared a combo + 3 items plate, everything was tasty and served quickly - service was good during a busy lunch time - what a difference from the awful Canton Garden meal we had previous to this. Finally found a great Chinese food restaurant here in Chilliwack!

  Food is great. But the wait is always ridiculous. I could deal with it if they were honest but 5 minutes becomes 45 minutes and half the time the order is wrong or missing something.

  Typical packaged Chinese food. Lots of corn syrup in the sweet and sour foods. The staff were friendly and washrooms seem to be well kept.

  Really great Chinese food! I've heard it's the best in town, but I've only ever tried Capital in Chilliwack so I can't confirm or deny that. We went for a staff lunch and we were seated and had our orders taken quickly, and food arrived quickly as well! Clean restaurant, good food, and friendly staff. Will definitely go back.
