  I took my Mother in law here just after my Father in law passed away. It was a very emotional time for all of us and we had to transfer a vehicle into my mother in laws name. The manager (Ashwani?)at this location was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly empathetic and took care of everything for us. My family will never go anywhere else for our insurance needs. Thank you so for everything you did for us that day, it really made a huge difference.

  There was a mistake made during a period of ICBC system changes, and the management/owner worked to resolve this to my satasfaction.

  Went there tonight and they claim to be open until 9pm. Apparently that means we close before 830pm???? I was there at 820pm and lights on sign out advertising 9am to 9pm with the gates locked up! Thanks for wasting cab fare both ways for me to not be able to insure my vehicle! What a joke!

  A Great Place to Get insurance if you want to get lied to by the agents at this brokerage. They costed me hundreds of dollars and lied to ICBC about what they did, but how can you prove it? Anyways they are also rude and highly unsympathetic if you come to them with a problem stemming from their overall incompetence.
