    My old insurance provider was unable to get me a competitive rate for business insurance. The folks here took care of it right away and at a good price. Very knowledgeable staff!

    Horrible... I went in there for something as simple as a custom plate application which I have done prior to my vehicles. I asked if they could look into available names for plates (which every sussex auto plan has done for me in the past) and they claim they cant do it because its "SUNDAY"... They then asked us to take the paper work, fill it out at home and call icbc for available plate numbers at home because why? ... because its Sunday... Time for new staff. NEVER AGAIN!
