    Not impressed. Went into cancel my car insurance and the broker forgot to cancel the third-party coverage, therefore money was taken out of my account without my knowledge and I was hit with an NSF fee. Then when they had to sort out this annoying issue, I had to email twice, AND call three times in order to find out if it was indeed cleared up; very poor communication. Furthermore, instead of owning their big error, the woman just tried to give excuses in lieu of apologizing and leaving it at that. Sorry, Hub Chilliwack. That is not how you do business.

    These guys are awesome. Helped me get a higher discount level from my learner's experience without being asked. Do yourself a favor and renew with these guys next time.
