  If I could give this lower than 1 star I would. Came in at 1 and made an appointment for 4. Showed up at 3:50, and when there was no receptionist present, I grabbed a chair and waited. No one spoke to me, or inquired once as to why I may be there. 4:20 came and now there was no longer any time to get my hair cut as I had an appointment at 5. As I was grabbing my things and leaving, one hairdresser asked me if I had an appointment. When I responded that I made one for 4, she glanced at the clock and murmured a half ass apology and then turned around and walked away.
