    very helpful staff, they have helped plenty of my family and extended family find a bike - and the bike selection is awesome as well! definitely recommended if you are looking for a cruiser

    Horrible service! I looked online at 5 pm to see if they were open and it said on their website that they were open until 6 pm so I drove all the way across town to have them look at my wobbly bike rack. When I walked in the two young men said they were closed. When I mentioned that online it says they are open till 6, one of the men said, "I doubt that". And then admitted that I was right, their website does say 6 and they still wouldn't come outside and look at my bike rack, they told me to come back when they were open. I will never go there AGAIN. Pedal Sport on Young was awesome...so helpful
