  We have been bringing our dog Kong here since he was a puppy. He wasn't feeling well the last couple of weeks so we brought in for a visit. Turns out he had cancer. Dr. Mueller went above and beyond for Kong and did all that she could to make his last few days comfortable.

  Cottonwood Veterinary Clinic is amazing!! We recently moved to Chilliwack and were recommended to take our 8 year old mini schnauzer to this clinic. After his initial meet and greet with the staff, we decided to book an appointment to get his teeth done (needed them cleaned and extractions). The staff are so loving! Our boy has had his teeth done before at another vet office and the experience was fine we thought but this time around when he came home he was completely different. No whimpering in pain and sulking around. He’s happy and back to his normal self after only 2 days! The day after surgery, the staff called to check in and booked a follow up appointment with the doctor. Very happy to have this office and these staff members help take care of our boy for the remainder of his life!

  Only thing I would change is make the front office / waiting room a little more comfortable and pet friendly !

  We have been coming here for years now for our two dogs. The service is very good, prompt and professional. All 3 doctors here give great advice and there practices are up to date. The staff are very organized and friendly. There customer service is second to none.

  I have a cat who is 19 years young. She has a few little issues. The veternaians at the clinic are awesome. Very gentle with her. I also like the fact the the vet is very honest with me about how her health is. The girls in the front are very kind and professional. And are very helpful. I would not trust anyone else with my cats health.
