  Always friendly and willing to give advise when asked, I have been shopping there for three years now and wouldn't go any other place.

  The staff were quite rude (perhaps an off day to catch them?), and were not very knowledgeable on the ingredients and manufacturing location of the food sold here.

  I came here for the first time after having poor experiences else where trying to find the pet food my animals will eat with expectations that a smaller store would have a friendlier atmosphere.... well the 2 female employs "working" were too busy talking about nothing work related to greet me or ask if I need help... It was only when I tried to leave the store with nothing did they ask if I needed help. I told them what I was looking for and was told "oh no you can only buy that at the grocery store" In a very rude condescending voice... (YOU CAN'T BUY IT THERE only Petsmart sells it and they where sold out) my animals eat what they like I can't force them to change and I shouldn't have to be treated like a second class person for doing so. Its a good thing this location doesn't have what I need as I will never come to you store again and I doubt this location will be around much longer as there's no customers and your parking sucks.
