  I am very particular on where I buy runners in that for one I will not go to Sport check and get helped by some 12 year old trying to sell you the latest and greatest for a nice commission, not having a clue what is the best fit for ones feet. At Kintec, the staff is very knowledgeable and takes the time to help you. I was also impressed with how Chelsea told me to try last years model as it's cheaper for pretty much the same shoe. I have been to some of the best running stores and never has a sales person done that (I do know about that and always forget to ask but still). Anyways, I will be back!

  We got amazing service from Andrea. Even for our simple needs of out-of-the-box insoles she worked to make sure all of the angles were covered to get us just what our son needed. Gave me tons of confidence to come back for any of our future needs, big or small.

  From the minute I entered the store I received the best service from Chelsea. She quickly found me a couple of options as well as some insoles that would offer me more adequate support. I came back the next day to a busy shop and only waited a few minutes to be served. I chose the COLUMBIA MONTRAIL. I LOVE my shoes. Chelsea set me up with those great insoles and my feet are so happy now. Great service. Nice clean store. Satisfied customer.

  I was very disappointed with my visit to Kintec Chilliwack. I went in because I needed new running shoes and a friend of mine gave me a recommendation. When I told the sales person what I needed, she basically looked me up and down and told me they had nothing for me (I have large feet, but nothing out of the ordinary). I persisted as I needed a pair of runners asap, but given the service I received, I would have been better served to spend my time and money at Sport Chek or Shoe Warehouse. The main reason I chose Kintec was for the knowledge of the staff and the advice that they could offer me and I got none of that. All I wanted was some help finding the right shoe for me.

  I have plantar fasciitis and was referred by my physician to Kintec for this problem. I first dealt with Steven who was extremely helpful and then set up an appt. with Travis for custom orthotics. I had a 1st appointment and was very impressed with Travis' knowledge and the process of what I specifically need in an orthotic. Then I went back for a fitting appt. and continued to be impressed with Travis and the Kintec process. My orthotics are wonderful and allow me to walk without pain.
