  Not everyone in the front office has poor customer service skills but those that do (young women specifically) have some of the poorest customer service skills I have encountered in my 42 years.

  I work hard for my money and luckily enough there are many, many quality physiotherapy businesses in both Chilliwack and Abbotsford that one can choose from where you, your time, your injury and your money are of value and concern to all employees of that business.
