  I normally go for make up and they have a great selection. I've purchased bar stools there and they are really great as well. The ladies at the post office there are very sweet.

  Finally, after a week of polite, fruitless inquiries, I voiced my displeasure at some poor nervous bloke on the other side of the counter. He looked into it and found out that my phone was in-fact not "On it's way." Because the phone hadn't even been shipped yet due to a processing error that occured the first time. This problem could have been avoided if someone had actually looked into it after it didn't arrive when scheduled instead of just shoo-ing me away.

  I'm annoyed not because it's taking forever to get my phone back, but because I had to rag on them everyday to do their jobs.

  I brought in my iPhone to their Apple Care Center for replacement due to a software issue. The first young man that helped me out was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and polite. Couldn't have been older than 18 and seems to be the only one there that knows what he's doing. So, taking that into consideration, I can understand how easily my phone could have slipped onto the backburner-- which it did.

  Awesome selection of cameras and electronics, a decent selection of foodstuffs and basic home necessities. The store itself is very nice but one of the members on staff in the camera department particularly has been rather rude in the past (pre-renovation) when I have been looking at lenses/cameras. One man in particular singled me out while I was looking at a camera bag and asked me about camera specifications, and some knowledge questions (seemed like he was quizzing me) only to then argue my answers as being incorrect. It was very odd, especially considering I was there to buy a bag but ended up leaving because I was so taken aback. I don't know what exactly his intentions were but it did seem rather hostile (almost like he was trying to discourage me from being there) and was not at all representative of the customer service I had experienced up to this point. However, all my other experiences have been great.

  Awesome store. I generally like all London Drugs stores because of the selection, prices and the staff in each department seem knowledgeable, generally happy to help & want to try to do good by the customer. This one in particular has an amazing selection of products in many departments, for example, they have quite a good selection of natural deodorants, organic coffee (single serve pods, whole bean, & ground) as well as quite a few different artisanal style crackers and cookies, not usually found in a grocery store. Also, they're putting in an Apple service center (certified of course) in their electronics department and they have a lot of other electronics as well. Not a huge selection of computers, but many TV's, speakers and accessories. Also a good drink selection. Along with all the usual products you've come to expect at a London Drugs store.

  I went in every day to check on the status of my phone and everytime I went in, I could see it sitting there in a Tupperware container in the back room, untouched, same as the day before. And everytime I asked, I was brushed away with a "It's on it's way," from Management.
