  Good selection, friendly staff. A little understaffed and was hard to get help during the Christmas season. They won't price match either.

  On Sunday January 21st I visited the Rona on Old Yale Road in Chilliwack. I was looking for a simple replacement plumbing fitting for a shower faucet installation. I received great customer service from Kris who let me know that the part I was looking for didn’t exist anymore. He spent at least 15 minutes solving my issue and putting together a whole new plumbing solution for me to retrofit my faucet at home. Worked like a charm when I installed his solution. Thank you Kris. You saved me time and money from calling an expensive plumber to solve my issues
