  I checked in at the reception and I found out I was the only one there that had checked in online so she (I wish I remembered her name) took me in right away.

  This place gets customer service. The staff are friendly, and the prices are great, especially when you ask for their prepaid gift cards. The best part is being able to checkin with their app, and show up to get a haircut anytime - last minute or booked ahead without waiting. Another thing is that these staff seem to really enjoy their work, and have enjoyed getting to know them over the years.

  I got a coupon in the mail for a Back to School special cut. I was crazy to go in on the Labour Day Monday but I called first and they suggested I reserve online first. It looked like I had a couple hours wait so I did an errand but still dropped in with about a 45 minute wait left. The waiting room was packed with no where to sit.
