  Overall things went well. They provided me a car to use while mine was getting repaired. Timeline was quite quick, I called to make sure they had the parts before I dropped off my car and they did which was pleasant. Probably could increase efficiency with some processes they have such as email, and front desk interactions. I trusted them with my car and I'd do it again.

  Super nice guys too and did some researching for me to get some after market electrical I installed fixed - it's something they don't due b/c it's after market but they made some calls and got me quotes from a shop that deals with that type of thing.

  Definitely one of the BEST accredited ICBC Repair shops, hands down! Great caring, honest employees in the front.
