  I have gone here three times with three different stylists. The last time (and final time I will ever go) I wanted to start going from brown to blond. While my cut was fine, I ended up with orange hair. When the person at the front desk told me two days later that I could come in to get it fixed at no charge, I made an appointment with a different stylist to correct it. The new person said they would have to foil my whole head and would charge me for the fix or I could go back to the original stylist. She also said it might still be orange and really seemed confused about how to fix the problem. I left because I was not about to pay another $140 to get my hair done when the stylist didn't sound confident about what to do. After going to a different salon, I was able to get the problem fixed for a quarter of the price. Needless to say, I will not be going back.

  Been looking for a solid stylist my entire life that I can always go to; Jerry is finally it, been going there for 2 years now. If he ever leaves I will surly follow, the guys awesome. Price is a bit steep though, over $30 for a men's cut including tip. Would be nice if the company appreciated repeat business by making the rewards program a bit better. A free cut every 10 visits isn't unreasonable, that's one a year. I spend over $300 and get a "thank you for your business".

  Great prices and excellent staff. Hairstylist really listened to what I wanted done. They also offer a great selection of products to purchase there.

  My husband and son like Erin. If you want a haircut, Erin is precise in what she does and takes her time to perfect it. = the 1 star!

  I contacted head office, Jesse handled the situation well and made sure that I would be taken care of in Abby; I saw Nixon, he was great! My hair still has some red undertones, but he explained why he didn't go with brown over the red/orange colour that I had. He made me laugh with his honesty. Guess I have a new stylist.

  I've had two different stylists here and both were fantastic. The salon takes your coat, they bring you coffee, and it is clean and cheerful. Great staff.
