  Server took 20 minutes to even come acknowledge us... the another 8 to get our drinks which then were flat and gross food was ok nachos were half cooked pizza was good but had to get it to go due to the fact we waited so long for everything else

  Place was empty, maybe 3-4 tables waited 10 minutes for my cocktail because the server forgot. Pretty hard to do when there's no one in here. Upside the cocktail was offered as complimentary. Food was great calamari was perfectly cooked. Chicken wings were awesome. Would be a great place if the servers actually did their job.

  Asked for a table for 2 and a highchair, wife and child had yet to arrive. 10 minutes later they were here and still no high chair and no acknowledgement from staff.

  Went to this restaurant last night Jan 13 2018. This is a large restaurant with more seating then the kitchen staff can support. This is a huge problem when the restaurant is busy. 30 min wait to be seated, 15 min wait to get service. Then it took 1 hour 45 min to get food. We got there at 6pm with our child. By 7:45 when food finally arrived we had to leave and had the food boxed up, with no time left to eat it. Young tired children. Ownership are quite happy to have your business and seat you, please don’t expect your kitchen staff to be able to keep up, or your servers. They are overwhelmed and it’s not fair to the employees!!! This is poor ownership and greed.

  Mediocre food and atmosphere here. Service was below average. The booths here we're just reupholstered, which is nice to see that they are doing the necessary upkeep, however they were EXTREMELY smelly from the new materials. It gave myself and wife a headache. I'd give this place a few weeks for the fabric to stop stinking.
