  Although in the end after talking to their headquarter by phone they gave me my money, the entire process was handled rudely and carelessly. I didn't even get my receipt for that transaction. I can give my testimonial that the staff there is exactly the opposite to "putting customers first".

  I have a non-registered GIC product that, according to the contract, pays interests annually. Last year I withdrew my due interest without any problem with this same branch. But this year when I walked in, the staff refuses to give me my interest, which was already sitting in my account earning nothing. They told me that I cannot touch this account until it is mature. (it turns out that they got it mixed up with a similar registered GIC product). I was really surprised and insist that this product pays interests annually. The staff in this branch treated me rudely, talks as if I knew nothing about this product and was making trouble.
